By print and engraving partners in the United States. We design, proof and handle your order; they produce and ship it.
How long from order to the party?
Usually 6–10 business days: proof within a day, 2–5 business days production, 2–5 business days US shipping. Order two weeks before the birthday.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes — the preview updates as you type, and we email a final proof for approval.
What's the birth flower for each month?
January carnation, February violet, March daffodil, April daisy, May lily of the valley, June rose, July larkspur, August gladiolus, September aster, October marigold, November chrysanthemum, December narcissus. We set it from the birth date.
Can I return a personalized gift?
Not for change of mind, because it's made for you. Damaged or misprinted pieces are replaced free — email a photo within 14 days.
Can I ship it to them?
Yes — their address at checkout, your email for the proof, a gift note in your words, no prices in the box.
Do you make 90th and 100th birthday gifts?
Yes — the birth-year print and the family plaque work for any year. Email us for anything unusual.
